Renters Rights Assembly members and tenants protesting HUD

JPNSI supports the New Orleans Renters Rights Assembly in its goals to build capacity and power amongst New Orleans' renters, so together we can fight for and win housing justice. At the Renters Rights Assemblies, we host Know Your Rights trainings, monitor legislation that could impact housing rights and access at the city and state level, support tenants undergoing evictions, and fight unjust evictions. Email the New Orleans Renters Rights Assembly at info@nolarra.org to get involved.

Pro-bono legal support is available at our meetings for any tenant with questions regarding leases or other housing issues.
