JPNSI’s community land trust serves low- and moderate income households in the historic Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans bounded by Carrollton Avenue to Claiborne Avenue, and from the Pontchartrain Expressway to Orleans Avenue.
Available Rental Housing
We strive to provide quality affordable housing for low- and moderate-income working New Orleanians and their families. To date, we have developed 14 permanently affordable apartments in six buildings. And, we are excited to have 15 units in pre-development, including three in a mixed use building that will house our office.
